Daniel J. Moore
President & Chief Executive OfficerDaniel J. Moore is President and CEO of Rockefeller Group, responsible for leading the company’s business strategy, investment initiatives and operations. He has served as President and CEO since April 2018 and is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, as well as the Investment and Portfolio Committees. He joined Rockefeller Group in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Head of Urban Development.
Under Mr. Moore’s leadership, Rockefeller Group has strengthened its core office portfolio in New York City, which includes ownership interest in six million square feet developed in the modern expansion of Rockefeller Center. The company has also grown its U.S. development platform into new markets and product types. Mr. Moore has successfully recruited senior talent throughout the organization and expanded its U.S. platform with the addition of the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2018 and the Rocky Mountain Region in 2020.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Moore was a Managing Director in Hines’ Washington, D.C. office, responsible for new business development and equity capital relationships throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. From 2008 to 2012, he served as a Managing Director in the company’s Capital Markets Group, where he negotiated joint ventures, sourced equity capital and was involved in the structuring of domestic and international investment funds. From 2003 to 2008, he was Vice President with Hines U.S. Office Value Added Funds I & II, with responsibility for investment management of the funds’ portfolio of investments aggregating approximately $1.9 billion. He started his career as an Assistant Project Manager on the development of 745 Seventh Avenue in New York.
Mr. Moore holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to attending graduate school, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.

Executive Vice PresidentThomas Weeks is Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Development for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Weeks oversees a team of senior development professionals across the company’s seven U.S. regions, and is responsible for planning, management, and growth of the company’s development pipeline. In addition, Mr. Weeks has senior management oversight of the company’s current development projects, as well as joint venture and capital markets relationships.
Since joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Weeks spearheaded the company’s expansion to the U.S. Rocky Mountain Region, establishing the company’s first office in Denver. In addition, he led the formation of the company’s joint venture with Golub & Company to develop the former Greyhound Bus Terminal in downtown Denver, a planned mixed-use development approximating 1.7 million square feet.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he was Executive General Manager for Lendlease Development Inc., the North American urban development platform for Lendlease Corporation, responsible for leading the firm’s Chicago development operations spanning mixed-use, master-planned developments including multifamily rental and condominiums as well as class A office. Prior, from 2011 to 2014, Mr. Weeks was Managing Director of Residential and Mixed-Use Development for Clayco. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Weeks was President of Related Companies’ Midwest operations, where he focused on the development of affordable and market rate projects and oversaw operations. He started his real estate career with Related Midwest’s predecessor, LR Development Company, in Chicago.
Mr. Weeks is a graduate of Amherst College, in Amherst, Massachusetts, and received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Chicago.
Brandi Hanback
Brandi Hanback
Executive Vice PresidentBrandi Hanback is Executive Vice President, Co-Head of Development and Head of FTZ, Trade & Logistics for Rockefeller Group. In this role, she has a direct leadership role in overseeing the company’s national development platform, focused on increasing activity in existing markets and expanding into new markets. She also oversees the company’s longstanding Foreign Trade Zone division, which consults with tenants and clients on complex international trade, logistics and customs matters.
From 2013 to 2019, she was Executive Vice President of Industrial Development, where she led the industrial business line in the completion of more than eight million square feet of development nationally, contributing significantly to the company’s most active decade for development since its founding in 1928.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2003, Ms. Hanback was a Senior Manager and Area Leader at KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C. Ms. Hanback also formerly served as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones. In this capacity, she represented the interests of FTZ grantees, operators, and users through interaction with federal agencies and congressional committees involved in international trade. She presently serves on the CREW Network Finance Committee.
Ms. Hanback holds a Juris Doctorate from Catholic University and is admitted to the bars of Maryland, District of Columbia and the U.S. Supreme Court. She holds a master’s degree in international transactions from George Mason University, and a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. She is a licensed Customs Broker and an Accredited Zones Specialist.
Marisa Gadlin
Marisa Gadlin
Senior Vice PresidentMarisa Gadlin is Senior Vice President of Asset Management within Core Holdings & Real Estate Services for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Gadlin is responsible for the long-term value enhancement activities at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, 1271 Avenue of the Americas, and 745 Seventh Avenue – the trophy properties in Midtown Manhattan comprising the Core Holdings portfolio. In addition, Ms. Gadlin is responsible for comprehensive asset management oversight of her department’s portfolio operations, including all leasing transactions, facility management, and project management, in coordination with Rockefeller Group’s internal and external teams.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Ms. Gadlin was Vice President, Asset Management, for Paramount Group, responsible for the asset management of nine buildings in New York City and San Francisco totaling more than nine million square feet. Ms. Gadlin joined Paramount Group in their acquisitions department in 2006 and held various positions of increasing authority before transitioning to asset management in 2017. In 2014, she was involved in the coordination and organization of internal processes for the largest ever REIT IPO for Paramount Group, which raised upwards of $2.7 billion.
Prior to Paramount Group, Ms. Gadlin worked for Tishman Speyer, a global investment management firm specializing in commercial real estate, from 2004 to 2006. Previously, she was an analyst at Rothschild in the mergers and acquisitions group.
Ms. Gadlin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Meg Brod
Meg Brod
Senior Managing Director, NortheastMeg Brod is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group and head of development for the company in the Northeast United States. In this role she is responsible for the Northeast Region, based in New York City. She oversees the company’s current office, residential, industrial and mixed-use developments in the region.
Since joining Rockefeller group in 2017, Ms. Brod has significantly expanded the Northeast Development pipeline with three residential development projects and the company’s first two industrial projects in Long Island. Under her leadership, the company secured its first ground-up condominium project in Manhattan, Rose Hill, as well as the highly successful joint venture condominium development of 200 East 83rd Street with Naftali. In 2022, Ms. Brod led a joint venture partnership with the Park Tower Group to develop the company’s first multi-family development in Brooklyn at Greenpoint Landing.
Ms. Brod is a highly experienced real estate developer and investor. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, she served as a principal at Bedrock Real Estate Partners, where she oversaw several projects in New York City, and Washington, D.C. She has also worked for Equity Residential, where she started the firm’s New York Development Group. During her tenure there, she grew the group’s development portfolio to more than $700 million leading projects in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Jersey City. Prior to Equity, Ms. Brod held various real estate development and investment positions with Tishman Speyer Properties, Pritzker Residential, Wellington Management Company, and J.P. Morgan.
Ms. Brod holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ms. Brod is a member of the REBNY board of directors, a Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission and an active member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate. Ms. Brod has received numerous recognition and awards including Bisnow’s “New York Power Women,” Crain’s Notable Women in Commercial Real Estate, and Crain’s Notables in Real Estate 2021.
Jay Despard
Jay Despard
Senior Managing Director,Jay Despard is Senior Managing Director and head of Rockefeller Group’s Rocky Mountain Region. Based in Denver, he has more than two decades of real estate investment and development experience.
Mr. Despard joined Rockefeller Group in 2021 to lead the company’s real estate acquisitions, new developments and operations throughout Colorado and the greater Rocky Mountain Region. Rockefeller Group established the region, its sixth in the United States, in concert with its planned joint venture development of 1055 19th Street in downtown Denver – the 2.5-acre site of the former Greyhound bus terminal. The joint-venture, with Golub & Company, is planning a large-scale, mixed-use development on one of the last undeveloped full-block sites downtown. Since joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Despard has been quick to expand the company’s footprint in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region with two additional development projects spanning office and residential, and the establishment of the first Rockefeller Group office in Denver.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Despard spent more than two decades with Hines in Colorado, including the last 17 years in Denver in positions of increasing authority. Since 2014, Mr. Despard held the senior-most regional officer position for the firm in Colorado, responsible for all real estate development, acquisition and leadership initiatives throughout the state. Among his most notable projects, Mr. Despard led the development and leasing for 1144 15th Street, the nearly 700,000 square foot, 40-story trophy office tower completed downtown in 2018. He also completed the lease-up of 1601 Wewatta and arranged the building’s sale at record pricing for the Denver market, among many other prominent local projects.
In addition to senior advisory and committee roles at Hines, including the Hines Global REIT Advisory Board and U.S. Strategy Committee, Mr. Despard has served in outside real estate and civic leadership roles, including as an International Advisory Board Member of the University of Colorado Real Estate Council, Executive Board Member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, and Executive Member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, and holds a master’s degree in real estate development finance from NYU.
Mark Shearer

Senior Managing Director, North CentralMark Shearer is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Shearer, a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, is based in Rockefeller Group’s Morristown, NJ office and leads all North Central development operations for the company.
Since joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Shearer has overseen some of the company’s largest industrial development projects throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including a 900,000 square-foot industrial development in Edison, N.J., and a 2.1 million-square-foot five-building project in Piscataway, N.J. Mr. Shearer is also currently overseeing the development of a 453,600 square-foot industrial project in Lehigh Valley, Pa.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2018, Mr. Shearer worked for Prologis, where he was Senior Vice President, Market Officer for New York/New Jersey. While at Prologis, he oversaw more than 34 million square feet of industrial properties and developed 1.8 million square feet of build-to-suit and speculative industrial space. Prior to his work in the New York/New Jersey region, Mr. Shearer held the same position at Prologis in the Mid-Atlantic region, managing a 15-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Maryland, North and South Carolina, and Virginia.
Mr. Shearer is currently President of NAIOP’s New Jersey Chapter. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Md.
James V. Camp

Senior Managing Director, WestJames V. Camp is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group and heads the company’s West Region, based in Irvine, Calif. In this role, Mr. Camp oversees the company’s strategy and operations for the region and leads acquisition and development efforts focusing primarily on industrial and multi-family development opportunities and joint ventures.
Throughout his 35-year career, Mr. Camp has held senior executive positions in development, acquisitions, project management and leasing with Starwood Capital Group, Voit Development Company, Lowe Enterprises, Koll Cornerstone and Trammell Crow Company.
He is the past Chair of NAIOP of California and former President, Vice President, Treasurer, Legislative Affairs Chair and Membership Chair of NAIOP SoCal. He is also a former board member of the California Business Properties Association and development member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors.
Mr. Camp holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan, with a concentration on marketing, finance & real estate, and a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California.
Hilary Allard Goldfarb

Senior Managing Director, Mid-AtlanticHilary Allard Goldfarb is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group and head of Development in the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, Ms. Goldfarb leads the company’s regional office, based in Washington, D.C., with primary responsibility for growing the company’s development portfolio through the sourcing of multifamily, office and mixed-use projects.
Since joining Rockefeller Group, Ms. Goldfarb has overseen the success of several new development projects, grown the office and expanded the company’s development pipeline. Since joining the firm, the company’s joint venture development Boro Tower in Tysons, Va. has stabilized. She has also been involved in the development and leasing success at 1901 L Street downtown, Washington D.C.’s first WELL certified office building. Most recently, she spearheaded Rockefeller Group’s joint venture redevelopment of Metro’s Downtown D.C. headquarters, the Jackson Graham Building, which will undergo a major renovation resulting in 400,000 square feet of premier office space in the heart of the Penn Quarter business and entertainment district.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2018, Ms. Goldfarb was previously Senior Vice President, Bozzuto Development Company, where she directed the development process for multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the Baltimore-Washington region. Prior to joining Bozzuto, Ms. Goldfarb was Development Director at ProMark Real Estate, where she led development services for the company’s commercial portfolio. She also worked at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., during a capital campaign to build a Frank Gehry-designed expansion and has worked on economic development initiatives.
Ms. Goldfarb is an accomplished real estate professional with deep market insight, construction experience and relationships in the Washington business community. She has a master’s degree in Urban Planning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
Philip Croker

Senior Managing Director, SouthwestPhilip Croker is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group and heads the company’s new Southwest Region based in Houston, Texas. In this role, Mr. Croker is responsible for Rockefeller Group’s real estate acquisitions, new developments and operations in the Southwest, specifically Texas and Arizona.
Mr. Croker was previously Senior Managing Director for Hines, responsible for the analysis and execution of acquisitions and new development projects in the Southwest Region, specifically Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. He joined Hines in 2005 and contributed to the development of more than 5 million square feet of commercial office space including projects such as BG Group Place, the Hilcorp Headquarters, 609 Main at Texas, Texas Tower, and T3 Eastside. He also successfully secured new business pursuits in Houston and Austin, including the 500,000-square-foot Marathon Headquarters project.
Mr. Croker is very active in NAIOP Houston, currently sitting on the organization’s Board of Directors. He is also on the Boards of several charitable and civic organizations, including New Hope Housing, the Memorial Park Conservancy and BikeHouston. Mr. Croker holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University.
John Petricola
John Petricola
Senior Managing Director, SoutheastJohn L. Petricola is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Petricola, based in Atlanta, GA, is responsible for the focus and strategic vision for all development activities throughout the Southeast Region.
Since joining the Rockefeller Group in 2005, he has led the region’s activities from individual projects to grow a cross-functional development team capable of executing the entire development process from site selection through disposition. Under his leadership, his team has successfully completed residential, industrial, office and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Petricola ran his own development consulting firm, The Louis Group in Miami.
Mr. Petricola started his real estate career in Houston, Texas at L.J. Melody/CBRE Capital Markets as a Financial Analyst, then transitioned into development as a retail development manager for Hines. While at Hines, Mr. Petricola relocated internationally to lead the development of a 750-acre industrial park in central Mexico.
Mr. Petricola served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.

R. Stokes Moore
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial OfficerStokes Moore is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Rockefeller Group. In this position, Mr. Moore oversees all aspects of the Accounting, Tax, Finance, Treasury and Business Analysis & Planning functions. He chairs the company’s Investment Committee and collaborates with key Rockefeller Group executives to develop and execute the company’s investment and disposition strategies.
Mr. Moore was previously Chief Investment Officer and joined Rockefeller Group in 2013 as Vice President, Business Analysis and Planning. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Moore worked 14 years at Unilever, the world’s third-largest consumer goods company in a variety of finance roles with increasing responsibility, and most recently as Global Finance Director for Unilever’s TIGI Brand. He has also held positions with The Boston Consulting Group as Business Development Consultant.
Mr. Moore is a graduate of Duke University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in History. He received his MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Gerald W. Blume
Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer & SecretaryGerald W. Blume is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Blume joined the company in 1990 and during his tenure with Rockefeller Group he has accepted increasing responsibility and has played a significant role in a number of important transactions.
Mr. Blume has handled all aspects of real estate development and ownership for Rockefeller Group, including acquisitions and sales, financing, construction and leasing. He has negotiated 2 million sq. ft. of leases for a renovated 1271 Avenue of the Americas and negotiated the ground lease for the New York headquarters of Barclays. He was heavily involved in the acquisition of The Green at Florham Park and subsequent transactions that brought the New York Jets, BASF Corporation, Summit Medical and Pulte Homes to the project. He negotiated the purchase and financing of four CBD office buildings in Washington, D.C., Boston and San Francisco, as well as the financing, leasing and sales for several of them. He also negotiated with The City of New York to acquire a 5-acre site in Flushing for the development of an $800 million mixed-use project. Mr. Blume also represented Rockefeller Group in connection with numerous large industrial developments around the country; a mixed-used town center project in Miramar, Florida; development of the International Trade Center in Mt. Olive, NJ; and significant leases in Rockefeller Center.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Blume was an Associate at the New York City law firm Willkie Farr Gallagher.
Mr. Blume holds a BA degree from the University of Connecticut and a JD degree from Columbia Law School.
Toru Hayamizu
Executive Vice President and Corporate DirectorToru Hayamizu is Executive Vice President and Corporate Director for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Mr. Hayamizu is a key liaison between Rockefeller Group and its parent company, Mitsubishi Estate Company (MEC) and is a member of the company’s board of directors as well as its investment committee. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Hayamizu was General Manager for International Business Planning in charge of budgeting and business planning of projects owned by MEC Group globally. He joined Mitsubishi Estate at its headquarters in Tokyo in 1994 and was assigned to various real estate operations positions including property management of office buildings, planning for condominiums and development of commercial assets in Japan. He has held various positions within MEC including Executive Director of Mitsubishi Estate Asia in Singapore, responsible for development projects throughout Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam and Deputy General Manager for the International Business Planning Department at Mitsubishi Estate in Tokyo, where he was responsible for all Asian projects.
Mr. Hayamizu earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Kwansei Gakuin University.
Santo F. Curro
Senior Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting OfficerSanto F. Curro serves as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Rockefeller Group, responsible for the company’s financial reporting, accounting and tax functions.
He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Rockefeller Group Investment Management Corp., and is President and CEO of the general partner of the Rockefeller Group U.S. Premier Office Fund, for which he serves as Chair of its Investment Committee.
As a member of the executive team at Rockefeller Group, he serves on the company’s Investment Committee, as well as its ERM and Benefit Plans Committees. During his tenure, Mr. Curro has participated at many levels with key transactions and milestones in Rockefeller Group’s history, including all M&A activities.
Mr. Curro began his career in public accounting with a “big four” firm as an auditor and then joined The Rockefeller Group as an internal auditor. He later joined the Controller’s department as Manager of Corporate Accounting, responsible for consolidation and financial reporting for the parent company as well as its finance business unit. He was appointed as Controller in 2002.
Mr. Curro is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), Financial Executives International (FEI), an associate member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
Mr. Curro is a David Rockefeller Fellow Class of 2007.
Gillian Murray
Chief Risk Officer & TreasurerGillian Murray is Chief Risk Officer & Treasurer for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Murray is responsible for treasury operations, debt capital market activity, and investment risk management. She also leads the Treasury Department, including cash management, cash forecasting, and short-term investments.
Ms. Murray is a highly experienced real estate finance executive with domestic and international experience. She has spent her career with HSBC Bank, most recently as Senior Vice President and Team Lead, overseeing HSBC’s New York City originations team. Throughout her career, she has closed more than $3 billion in balance sheet loans spanning various transaction types including industrial, hospitality, multifamily, retail, biomed/life sciences, and student housing. Her clients have included global investors, public companies, private clients, global hospitality brands, U.S. real estate funds, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and real estate investment trusts.
From 2015-2017 Ms. Murray was based in Bermuda, where she managed the HSBC Bermuda and HSBC Cayman Islands commercial real estate portfolio.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Elon University in Elon, N.C., and her master’s degree from New York University.
Patricia Glorioso
Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources OfficerPatricia Glorioso is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, for Rockefeller Group. She has served as head of Corporate Human Resources since 2003. She joined the company in 1996 in the Human Resources department of Cushman and Wakefield, Inc., a former Rockefeller Group subsidiary, where she managed the firm’s employment and employee relation’s activities and provided general human resources support for the Rockefeller Group. At C&W, Ms. Glorioso was also responsible for planning events and community outreach endeavors, including the firm’s annual United Way of New York City Campaign and fundraising activities for The New York Business Group on Health.
Before joining Rockefeller Group, Ms. Glorioso served as of Assistant Executive Director of Just One Break, Inc, (JOB), a not-for-profit employment and education organization for people with disabilities. At JOB, which she joined in 1993, Ms. Glorioso worked to establish a Business Advisory Committee to broaden career opportunities for the disabled and to increase financial support through program grants and fundraising. Ms. Glorioso developed a grant for the organization to launch its college intern program, in which several Fortune 500 companies participated by hiring and mentoring students with disabilities. At JOB, she was also a contributing member of the New York City mayor’s Council for People with Disabilities.
Ms. Glorioso began her career in human resources in 1987 at Merrill Lynch, & Co, Inc., in recruitment, training and development, and employee relations.
Ms. Glorioso was an active member of several of the firm’s taskforces and committees, including the Win-Smith Memorial Foundation, which provided financial assistance to employees and their families in times of crisis, and the Diversity Committee, which established retention and mentoring programs for women and minorities. Merrill Lynch’s community outreach activities were of particular interest to Pat. Ms. Glorioso also volunteered with Merrill Lynch’s community outreach activities, conducting interview readiness training for program participants of Fountain House, a corporate project aimed at helping people with drug and alcohol addictions to reclaim their lives and careers.
Dwayne Doherty
Vice President & Chief Communications OfficerDwayne Doherty is a Vice President and Chief Communications Officer for Rockefeller Group. He joined Rockefeller Group in 2012 after more than a decade leading strategic communications and marketing initiatives in New York and globally for Cushman & Wakefield, a subsidiary of the Rockefeller Group until 2007.
Mr. Doherty directs and oversees all corporate communications activities of the firm, including public relations, media relations and marketing communications. He has broad communications and marketing experience in the real estate and financial services industries. At Cushman & Wakefield from 2001 to 2012, Mr. Doherty rose in responsibility to become a senior managing director of Global Corporate Communications. In that capacity he was responsible for a wide range of communications disciplines, including media relations, internal communications, crisis communications, advertising, and financial communications.
Prior to C&W, he was the sole public relations professional for The Reserve Funds, a New York-based mutual fund company, when assets under management more than doubled to $10 billion during his tenure. At the start of his career he worked for Corbett Associates Inc., a public relations and government affairs firm in Floral Park, N.Y., and he served as a freelance reporter for two newspapers owned by Gannett.
Mr. Doherty holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a master’s degree in Journalism from Iona College, where from 2005 to 2014 he taught public relations and communications courses in the Department of Mass Communication – one of six mass communications programs in the State of New York accredited by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications (ACEJMC).
He is a Board Member of the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center, the largest post-acute pediatric healthcare facility in the nation, dedicated to caring for some of the most medically complex and resilient children in the New York metropolitan area.
Michael Salz
Vice President & Chief Information OfficerMichael D. Salz is Chief Information Officer and Vice President for the Rockefeller Group. Formerly Chief Technology Officer of Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Mr. Salz is a highly skilled technology executive. As Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for the Rockefeller Group’s Information Systems Division, which provides information technology service and support to the company and its subsidiaries.
In his former position, Mr. Salz was responsible for overseeing the engineering staff and Network Operations Center, as well as interfacing directly with RGTS’ clients. He joined RGTS in 2002 and led the effort to design and upgrade the Internet and telephony network backbone, develop and rollout a successful Voice Over IP-based telephony product, and enhance the RGTS IT Managed Services offering.
He brought to RGTS a strong consulting background having worked with such firms as Belenos, Lucent Technologies, Everest Broadband, Vaultus, Goldman Sachs and ILX systems. His consulting experience provided the guidance and leadership for many mission critical assignments that focused on architectural and client support projects.

Dana Fallek
Vice President & Assistant Secretary, TaxDana Fallek is Vice President and Assistant Secretary, Tax, for the Rockefeller Group. In this capacity, Ms. Fallek heads the company’s Tax Department, which includes Tax Compliance, Audits and Strategic Planning for company operations and development.
Ms. Fallek joined the company in 1990. Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, she practiced law at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler.

Tara Silbiger
Vice President & Head of Internal AuditTara Silbiger is Vice President and Head of Internal Audit for Rockefeller Group. In this role she leads the Internal Audit activities of Rockefeller Group which provides the company with objective assurance and consulting services designed to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes. She also oversees the company’s Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley (J-SOX), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and fraud training initiatives.
Ms. Silbiger joined Rockefeller Group as a senior auditor and since that time has held positions of increasing responsibility within the department, including Senior Manager, Director, and Assistant Vice President. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group she was a Senior Auditor with KPMG.
Ms. Silbiger graduated from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the IIA, AICPA, and NYSSCPA.
Amy Ankeles
Vice President & Head of MarketingAmy Ankeles is Vice President, Head of Marketing, for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Ankeles is responsible for marketing the company’s development projects including Rose Hill, the company’s first luxury residential condominium project in New York City, and core holdings including 1221 Avenue of the Americas and 1271 Avenue of the Americas. She has significant experience leading marketing efforts for premier office, multifamily and retail real estate projects in New York and other major metro markets throughout the United States. Ms. Ankeles was previously Director of Marketing for Pinnacle City Living, responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for a 4,300-unit mixed residential portfolio in New York City ranging from class-A to affordable housing. She also managed the company’s business development outreach, responses to RFPs and tenant amenity programming.
Prior, Ankeles was a Director of Marketing for Tishman Speyer, from 2012 to 2016, where she handled marketing for 5.7 million square feet of commercial developments, an 1,800-unit rental complex, and a 700,000-square-foot condominium development. In addition, she managed more than 500 marketing projects per year for 35 class-A properties totaling more than 30 million square feet throughout the United States. She started her career in marketing with Brixmor Property Group, a national retail real estate firm with significant lifestyle real estate holdings.

Mark Fratto
Vice President, Business Analysis & PlanningMark Fratto is Vice President, Business Analysis & Planning for Rockefeller Group. In this role Mr. Fratto is responsible for overseeing the company’s project planning process and analyzing market data.
Mr. Fratto joined Rockefeller Group in May 2005 as Associate Accounting Manager for Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions. In 2006, he joined corporate as Development Accounting Manager, where he was responsible for accounting and financial reporting functions for the development properties in the New York Region. Since then he has held increasing responsibilities within the company, both in the Accounting Department and Business Analysis & Planning. Prior to joining RGTS, he was Audit Manager for PKF, an international CPA firm.

Brian P. Strope
Vice President, Finance & Risk ManagementBrian Strope is Vice President of Finance and Risk Management for Rockefeller Group. In this capacity, Mr. Strope is responsible for the company’s insurance programs and various aspects of debt finance in corporate activities associated with existing real estate assets, acquisitions, and development of real estate projects.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he served as national treasury manager for Ernst & Young LLP’s headquarters in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Mr. Strope’s has also worked for CIT Group’s treasury department, Prudential’s actuary department and Merrill Lynch’s financial control department.
Mr. Strope holds a BA degree in Business Management from Stockton State College, and an MBA degree concentrating in finance from Rutgers University. Mr. Strope also holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation awarded by the Association of Financial Professionals, a designation that reflects expert understanding of the role of treasury within corporate finance. Ryan Malin
Vice PresidentRyan Malin is Vice President, Design & Construction for Rockefeller Group. A seasoned licensed engineer with more than 25 years of experience in engineering design, Mr. Malin is responsible for reducing the carbon footprint of Rockefeller Group’s core assets. In addition, he works closely with the Design & Construction teams on mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for new projects including the company’s renovation of the East Plaza at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Malin served as Connecticut Regional Partner in Charge at AKF Group, LLC, one of the top engineering firms in the country. In that role, he managed AKF’s Connecticut regional office, successfully leading the region’s efforts in business development and design engineering. Additionally, Mr. Malin was a member of AKF’s Executive Committee, responsible for spearheading the firm’s overall strategic direction. He joined AKF as Project Engineer in 1997. While at AKF, he was the Account Manager for Merrill Lynch’s real estate portfolio, which included more than 3 million square feet of office and data center facilities.
Mr. Malin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also a member of a few different trade organizations including ACEC, American Council of Engineering Companies, NYC Urban Green Council, REBNY Sustainability Council. Michael Wildes
Vice PresidentMichael Wildes is Vice President, Property Operations, for Rockefeller Group. In this role he oversees all aspects of property and facilities management for the company’s New York office portfolio, which totals approximately 6 million square feet, including 1221 and 1271 Avenue of the Americas. In this capacity, he and his team focus on enhancing the experience of the company’s office buildings for all tenants and visitors through portfolio-wide strategic planning and management, facilities management and coordination of capital projects among various teams.
He has extensive experience in commercial real estate with management expertise from the portfolio level down to the detailed day-to-day operations of class-A Manhattan buildings.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Wildes spent more than 12 years with SL Green Realty Corp., where he held various responsibilities – from the management of a 6.8 million square foot portfolio of managed properties to Property Manager roles for 1515 Broadway and 711 Third Ave. From 2009 to 2014, he served as Assistant Property Manager, overseeing the development of operating and capital budgets for six Manhattan office buildings, including 180 Maiden Lane, 110 East 42nd St., and 215 Park Avenue South. He started his career in 2005 as an Operating Engineer with Joseph P. Day Realty Corp.

Rosemary Bates
DirectorRosemary Bates is Director of Design & Construction, Core Holdings, for Rockefeller Group. In this role she leads strategy execution, implementation and capital improvements within the firm’s core holdings portfolio in New York City. Most notably, Ms. Bates led the development of Rockefeller Group’s corporate headquarters based in midtown Manhattan.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2018, Ms. Bates spent 14 years at Turner Construction where she served in several project management roles across the firm, including cost management, preconstruction and construction management. Her project portfolio includes several high-end interior build-outs, commercial property renovations, as well as a $178 million build of the Conde Nast Headquarters located at One World Trade Center, the $1 billion renovation of Madison Square Garden, and the $94 million multi-phased amenities projects for CitiGroup’s headquarters in Tribeca which included a fitness center, cafeteria, and executive conference center.
Ms. Bates earned her bachelor’s in Architecture from Barnard College. She is an active member of ACE Mentor Program of Greater NY and sits on the board for Professional Women in Construction.

Rebecca Williams
Managing DirectorRebecca Williams is Managing Director at Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone Services, a division of the Rockefeller Group.
For over a decade Ms. Williams has been assisting companies with the implementation of FTZ operations. Her experience includes FTZ feasibility analysis, application preparation, activation assistance, ongoing operational support, and general FTZ advisory services including direct communications with the governmental agencies overseeing the FTZ program. Ms. Williams has extensive experience preparing FTZ designation and activation applications and advising companies on compliance with the FTZ Board and Customs Regulations. Ms. Williams has worked with many multi-national companies across a broad range of industries to successfully implement FTZ benefits and to ensure ongoing compliance through FTZ compliance reviews and knowledge transfer.
Ms. Williams also assists clients with a variety of general import/export issues related to classification, valuation, compliance assessments, C-TPAT requirements, prior disclosures, trade preference programs and other regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone Services, Ms. Williams was a Manager at TradeStar Advisory Services and an Associate at KPMG’s Trade & Customs Practice. Polia Comella
Senior ManagerPolia (Quinn) Comella is a Senior Manager for Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone Services, part of Rockefeller Group.
Ms. Comella is a licensed customs broker, IATA/FIATA certified and an Accredited Zone Specialist. She formerly served as FTZ Administrator for a multinational apparel and outdoor gear retailer. She has knowledge and experience integrating commercial WMS and ERP systems with FTZ reporting functions as part of FTZ implementation and managing overall Customs compliance processes. Ms. Comella was responsible for inventory management and Customs reporting in her role as a FTZ Administrator including coordination with Customs officials and carriers. She is also adept at Customs systems and import/export reporting processes including record keeping requirements.
Prior to her experience as a FTZ Administrator in retail distribution, Ms. Comella worked for a major freight forwarder and customs brokerage firm as a Customs Systems Development Supervisor in the Customs and Compliance Product Group.
Ms. Comella has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business and Information Systems from the University of Washington Business School and a master’s in Applied Economics at Johns Hopkins University. She served in the U.S. Army Reserve and is fluent in Bulgarian with good knowledge of German and an understanding of Russian, Serbian and Macedonian languages. Suzanne Smith
ManagerSuzanne Smith is Manager of Trade & Customs for Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone Services, a part of Rockefeller Group that is dedicated to assisting global companies with foreign trade zone feasibility, approval, activation and operational support services as well as related Customs matters. Her experience in international trade spans over 20 years working for a Customs brokerage firm and major importer on a broad range of Customs issues.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Ms. Smith worked for M.G. Maher in New Orleans where she was closely involved in the original implementation of the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) program and worked extensively with importers on general import compliance and reporting matters.
Ms. Smith has also worked for Wartsila North America. In her position as Customs and Traffic Manager for Wartsila North America (engine manufacturing and power generation products and services), Ms. Smith was responsible for integrating Customs compliance into the company’s materials management operational procedures, logistics supply chain network and automated systems throughout North America. She implemented and maintained a uniform classification database for the company as well as a drawback program and country of origin tracking and marking compliance program. Ms. Smith was involved in specialized compliance matters related to defense contract fulfillment and export compliance.
Ms. Smith graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. A licensed Customs broker since 1987, Certified Customs Specialist and Accredited Zones Specialist, Ms. Smith is well positioned to assist clients with a wide variety of international trade issues. Katie Lenss
Managing DirectorKatie Lenss is Managing Director for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Lenss directs the development process for the company’s joint venture projects in the Mid-Atlantic region with a focus on executing future mixed-use developments in Washington, D.C., and throughout the region.
Ms. Lenss was previously a director for Hines. While at Hines, her projects included 1213 Walnut Street, a 322-unit 26-story multifamily high-rise in Center City, Philadelphia, and The Residences at CityCenter, a $200 million condominium project in downtown Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Hines, she worked for Host Hotels & Resorts in asset management; for PM Hotel Group as Director of Facilities for a portfolio of 15 Hilton/Starwood Hotels; and for Gateway Hospitality Group, where she was a financial and development analyst.
Ms. Lenss has a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree from The Wharton School.
Ranjeet Mohandas
Vice President, Design & ConstructionRanjeet Mohandas is Vice President, Design & Construction for Rockefeller Group’s Mid-Atlantic region. He is based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Mohandas was previously Vice President of Development for Cushman & Wakefield in Virginia. Mr. Mohandas oversees the design and construction management of Rockefeller Group’s existing and new development projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, including the 400,000-square-foot redevelopment of 600 5th Street NW in Washington, D.C. He also oversees the execution of planned new development projects, which include future data center, industrial, life sciences, and multifamily projects.
Mr. Mohandas has nearly 20 years of experience in the Washington, D.C., market, with experience in all aspects of construction management including program management, design development, contracting, project controls and project delivery.
In his most recent previous position, he oversaw the construction of the core and shell construction and interior fit-out of a 31-story and 24-story office towers connected by a 12-story atrium with a 1,300-space parking garage at Capital One’s expansive new headquarters in McLean, Va. Prior, Mr. Mohandas was a Senior Construction Manager for Hoffman & Associates, overseeing the development of multiple mixed-use and office building along Washington D.C.’s waterfront at the Wharf, and served as a Project Manager for Jacobs Project Management, overseeing both institutional, government and healthcare projects. He began his career with Clark Construction Group, working on multiple Clark projects in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Mr. Mohandas earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Madras in India, and his master’s degree in construction management from Texas A&M University.
Orlando Gutiérrez
DirectorOrlando E. Gutiérrez is Director, Development for Rockefeller Group’s Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, Mr. Gutiérrez formulates asset strategies, conducts financial analyses for new projects, and evaluates projects from both financial and broader-market perspectives. Additionally, Mr. Gutiérrez focuses on various facets of the Mid-Atlantic Region’s joint-venture development projects that include 600 5th Street NW in Washington, DC, 1901 L Street NW in Washington, DC and Boro Tower in Tysons, VA.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Gutiérrez worked as an Investment Banking Associate for Miami-based Pan American Finance and held a similar position with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance in New York. He began his career in St. Petersburg, FL with Raymond James & Associates’ Real Estate Group as an Investment Banking Analyst where he gained valuable commercial real estate M&A and capital markets experience. He has also held real estate development and investment internships with Colony Capital, ASB Real Estate Investments, and 13th Floor Investments as an MBA student.
Mr. Gutiérrez holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with a major in Finance.
Olivia Millspaugh
DirectorOlivia Millspaugh is Director, Mid-Atlantic Development for Rockefeller Group. Ms. Millspaugh is focused on expanding Rockefeller Group’s development portfolio in the region. She works closely with the Mid-Atlantic team to handle all facets of development including analyzing market conditions, underwriting new development opportunities, conducting due diligence, securing entitlements, and managing projects through construction and marketing to disposition.
Ms. Millspaugh has extensive experience in developing logistics centers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, she was Associate for Hines, one of the largest privately held real estate investors and managers in the world. She also spent six years at Baltimore-based MRP Industrial, a top regional developer. While at MRP, Ms. Millspaugh had roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Senior Development Associate, where she facilitated the development of more than 40 buildings totaling approximately 17.5 million square feet. She also supported the acquisition and pre-development of 1,500 acres of commercial real estate, including overseeing the due diligence and entitlement efforts of the land acquisition. Clients she worked with include some of industrial’s top tenants including Amazon, Mattel, Vans, The North Face, Timberlands, Kuehne + Nagel, Wayfair, The Container Store, and General Mills, where she prepared requests for proposals and marketing packages for these tenants that ultimately resulted in leases.
Ms. Millspaugh earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and her master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She is an active member of both ULI and NAIOP’s Maryland Chapter.
Nicholas Salameda
Project ManagerNicholas Salameda is Project Manager, Design & Construction, for Rockefeller Group’s Mid-Atlantic Region. He currently supports the Design & Construction team on the development of the Port 460 Logistics Center and Silver Spring Logistics Park, working closely and supporting all design & engineering efforts on the projects. Mr. Salameda is instrumental in supporting the Mid-Atlantic teams push to build the regions industrial pipeline.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he has accrued a few years of commercial real estate experience, having spent time at One11 Advisors, a leading New York City-based real estate advisory firm, where he provided support on multiple projects for real estate strategic planning, business continuity planning, business process improvement, and system implementation.
Mr. Salameda holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics from Colgate University.
North Central Development
Heath Abramsohn
Vice President & Regional DirectorHeath Abramsohn is Vice President & Regional Director, North Central Development, for Rockefeller Group. He joined Rockefeller Group in 2005 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout career with the company including asset experience with industrial, office, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. In his current role, Mr. Abramsohn is responsible for all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development for the company within the North Central region including overseeing a pipeline of approximately six million square feet of investment grade commercial assets. Throughout his career at Rockefeller Group, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, lease, and sale of more than 14 million square feet of industrial space. Most recently, he led the 2.1 million square foot Rockefeller Group Logistics Center; the 400,000 square foot Middlesex Logistics Center; and the 1.24 million square foot Cranbury Station Park. Mr. Abramsohn has also been instrumental in Rockefeller Group’s expansion of industrial assets in New York and the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Mr. Abramsohn worked in Corporate Finance at Pfizer. He was also a Consultant with Accenture. He received his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College where he majored in Accounting and Economics. He received his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
Mr. Abramsohn holds a real estate license in New Jersey and New York and is a member of NAIOP and ULI. He has been recognized by several industry publications for his market insight and has spoken on commercial real estate panels across the region representing Rockefeller Group. He is an Advisory Board member at Rutgers University Center for Real Estate.
Zachary Csik
Vice PresidentZachary Csik is Vice President, North Central Development, for Rockefeller Group. He is primarily focused on the development of industrial sites in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania and is responsible for identifying and acquiring other commercial and mixed-use projects in the region. Mr. Csik has been involved in commercial real estate for more than twelve years, having most recently worked as Land Acquisition & Development Director for American Properties Realty, Inc. (APR), a residential developer and construction company based out of Iselin, New Jersey.
At Rockefeller Group, he has been responsible for the development and lease up of approximately 3,000,000 square feet of industrial space and led asset dispositions grossing nearly $500 million. Mr. Csik has also been responsible for the development of over 1,000 residential units including single family homes, townhouses, apartments and condominiums.
Mr. Csik has his CCIM designation, is an active member of NAIOP and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Michael C. Leondi
Vice PresidentMichael C. Leondi is Vice President of Design & Construction, North Central Development, for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Leondi, a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate and construction industries, is based in Rockefeller Group’s Morristown, NJ office and leads all North Central design and construction operations for the company.
Mr. Leondi is currently responsible for management of the D&C teams on approximately 8,000,000 square feet of active projects including Rockefeller Group’s Lehigh Valley Logistics Center, Piscataway Logistics Center, and 10Edison among others. He has led the design and construction efforts of multiple regional projects spanning a variety of asset classes including a pair of buildings for Summit Medical Group and Summit Medical Group Cancer Center, AVE Florham Park, Goya, FedEx Wayne and Cranbury Station Park. Mr. Leondi came to Rockefeller Group from RCDolner, a New York City based construction management firm in 2013. While at RCDolner, he served as project manager on a variety of successfully completed institutional and commercial projects, most notably renovations and modernizations of numerous gallery spaces and infrastructure at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Prior to RCDolner, Mr. Leondi was a Project Engineer for Skanska USA Building.
Mr. Leondi is a member of the NAIOP NJ chapter and sits on the executive board of the ACE Mentor Program of New Jersey. He was also recently elected to serve on the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) Board of Directors.
He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology.
Wendy Castro
DirectorWendy Castro is Director of Design & Construction, North Central Development, for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Wendy works closely with the North Central Regional team on various design and construction projects and most recently led the development of Independence Way at The Green, an eight building, 62-unit affordable housing development in Florham Park, N.J. that was developed by the company for the United Way and Madeline Corporation, who own and manage the facility. In addition, Wendy has managed the design and construction of a one million square-foot industrial facility at Rockefeller Group’s Lehigh Valley Logistics Center in Pennsylvania and the Summit Medical Group Cancer Center in New Jersey.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Wendy was a Senior Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle, working as a consultant in Goldman Sach’s Corporate Services and Real Estate Division, where she managed the cost control program of Goldman’s $35 million data center. Previously,Wendy led the cost management department for Tishman Speyer Properties overseeing $1 billion in construction contracts for the new Goldman Sach’s downtown headquarters in New York City. She also has prior experience with Turner Construction. Wendy holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Jonathan Gerardo

He is responsible for the management of projects in the pre-development and development stages including conceptual planning, design management, budgeting, procurement and construction administration. Mr. Gerardo recently managed the design and construction of a 400,000 square-foot ecommerce distribution facility in Middlesex, NJ and 750,000 square feet of warehouse space in Lehigh Valley, PA. He also completed a $65 million regional infrastructure improvement project with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority creating a 4.5-mile access corridor from the Logistics Park to US Route 22.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Gerardo was a Project Manager for Boswell Engineering providing civil engineering and environmental services to public and private sector clients with a focus on infrastructure improvements, waterfront development, regulatory permitting/entitlements and natural resource mitigation. Jonathan also worked as a Development Analyst with the Hoboken Brownstone Company where he was responsible for the development of financial models and front-end due diligence for various urban redevelopment projects including the 450+ unit luxury apartment complex at the Enclave and proposed 1,200-unit Coles Street Development in Jersey City, NJ.
Mr. Gerardo earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science & Policy from Marist College and his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the NJ Builders Association.
Josh Kuskin
DirectorJosh Kuskin is Director of Design and Construction, North Central Development, for Rockefeller Group. From 2017-2020, Mr. Kuskin led the design and construction efforts on Rockefeller Group’s 2.1 million square foot logistics center in Piscataway, N.J. spanning five buildings with six tenants, and more recently managed the company’s 900,000 square foot spec-to-suit industrial development in Edison, NJ. Since joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Kuskin has worked on projects across all asset classes and is an experienced industry professional, having previously spent four years at one of New York City’s top construction firms, RC Dolner.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University and is an active member of NAIOP as well as the ACE Mentor Program, which introduces high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.
Jennifer Stein
DirectorJennifer Stein is Director, North Central Development, for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Stein is responsible for the implementation and execution of regional development transactions, in collaboration with the regional development team. This includes coordination and communication with venture partners to support and assist in the effort to identify, source and close development transactions, and oversight and management of the development process with respect to regional development opportunities.
Prior to her role in development, Ms. Stein was responsible for leasing Rockefeller Group’s owned real estate in midtown Manhattan. She was part of a team at Rockefeller Group that leased approximately 4.7 million square feet of office space and 70,000 square feet of retail space in 1221 Avenue of the Americas and 1271 Avenue of the Americas. Most notably, Ms. Stein was directly involved with the $600 million redevelopment and lease-up efforts of 1271 Avenue of the Americas, a 2.1 million square foot building that was fully vacated and fully released to blue-chip companies. In addition to leasing and marketing, her role involved managing tenant relations in the portfolio and relationships with brokers in Manhattan.
She joined Rockefeller Group in 2008 and previously held positions in the property management and design and construction departments at the company.
Ms. Stein holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. She recently held the chairperson position for CoreNet Global’s NYC chapter’s Landlord Circle committee, is a member of NAIOP’s NJ Chapter, and a scholar with WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate.
Jacqueline Schwartz
AssociateJacqueline Schwartz is Associate for Rockefeller Group’s North Central region. In this role, Ms. Schwartz identifies and assesses new development opportunities through financial and due diligence analysis, manages the development approval process, coordinates and communicates with capital partners, and oversees capital expenditure budgets for regional projects. Since joining the company in 2021, Ms. Schwartz has worked on the successful disposition of Rockefeller Group projects in Hanover, PA, Eastampton, NJ, and Piscataway, NJ, and has taken a lead role on development projects in Carneys Point, NJ, Spotswood, NJ, East Allen, PA, and Philadelphia, PA totaling more than 2 million square feet.
Ms. Schwartz has an extensive background as an architectural designer, business developer, and commercial real estate professional. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, she worked for NK Architects, a top Northeast architecture and engineering firm with offices in New York City, Philadelphia, and Morristown. While at NK, Ms. Schwartz was an Architectural Designer, working closely with owners and building users on the design and construction administration for 15 major healthcare projects including a $31 million, 44k square foot hospital renovation and addition. She published and presented several white papers, and established new and expanded existing business relationships in her additional role as Business Development Associate.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture from the University of Virginia. Ms. Schwartz also holds a certification in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. She sits on the Young Professionals Advisory Council for Homeless Solutions, Inc., is an active member of NAIOP, and a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey.
Michael Barone
Project ManagerMichael Barone is Project Manager for Rockefeller Group’s Design and Construction team in Morristown, New Jersey. In this role, Mr. Barone is responsible for the ongoing management of projects in pre-development, development and construction, specifically industrial projects in New Jersey and Philadelphia. He is responsible for administering new developments and overseeing design, budgeting, procurement and construction operations.
Since joining Rockefeller Group in 2019, Michael has worked closely with the North Central team on the development of more than 1.5 million square feet of new distribution space, 62 units of affordable housing and recently completed work on the development of a 300MW+ datacenter campus in Northern Virginia. Mr. Barone previously worked for AECOM-Tishman.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and is pursuing his masters degree at The Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU School of Professional Studies.

Timothy Flynn
Senior Vice PresidentTimothy Flynn is Senior Vice President, Design & Construction for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Mr. Flynn leads all design and construction aspects of Rockefeller Group’s planned projects and existing developments in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, where the company has a project development pipeline totaling more than 3 million square feet and valued at more than $2 billion. He joined the company in September 2019. Mr. Flynn was previously Vice President of Design & Construction for Hines in New York.
Mr. Flynn has more than 30 years of construction and development experience spanning multiple asset types, from luxury residential and trophy-class office buildings, to hospitality and other alternative assets. Most recently Mr. Flynn served as the Construction Officer for 53 W 53rd, a 1,050-foot luxury condo tower adjacent to the Museum of Modern Art in Midtown Manhattan.
Prior to his most recent previous position, from 2003 to 2007, Mr. Flynn served as a Project Executive for Turner Construction, where he worked on some of the most notable new development projects in New York, including the Bloomberg LP headquarters on Lexington Avenue, and the New York Times headquarters at 242 West 41st Street, among others. From 1999 to 2003, he was a Senior Construction Manager for Hines, where his notable projects included the Goldman Sachs tower at 30 Hudson Street in Jersey City, and 745 Seventh Avenue in Rockefeller Center. He began his career with Turner Construction in 1988.
Mr. Flynn holds bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and physics from Clarkson University and SUNY Geneseo.
Isaac Henderson
Managing DirectorIsaac Henderson is Managing Director, Northeast Development, for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Mr. Henderson is responsible for overseeing current development projects throughout New York City including Greenpoint Landing (16 Dupont) in Brooklyn as well as future development projects in the Northeast region. Over his career, he has been involved in the development of more than 2,000 units of mixed-income housing and commercial space and has strong knowledge of both state and federal affordable housing financing tools. Mr. Henderson is based in the company’s New York headquarters.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Henderson was a Development Director at Lendlease where he managed the development of 1 Java Street, an 850-unit rental building with ground floor retail and public waterfront esplanade on the Greenpoint waterfront in Brooklyn. Prior to working at Lendlease, Isaac served as Manager Director at L+M Development Partners working on the Essex Crossing project for nine years. In this role, he oversaw a nine-site, two million-square-foot, $1.5 billion development in New York’s Lower East side that includes over 1,000 units of housing, 600,000 square feet of commercial space, office space, and the new Essex Market. He has also worked for CPC Resources, Inc. as Vice President and for Bridge Housing Corporation as Program Manager.

Christopher Hunter
Vice PresidentChristopher Hunter is Vice President, Design & Construction, Northeast Development, for Rockefeller Group. Since joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Hunter has successfully led the development of the company’s Rose Hill residential project, the 45-story, full service ground-up condominium tower in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, and oversaw the development of 200 East 83rd Street, a 35-story residential tower in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Mr. Hunter has more than twenty years of design and construction experience, overseeing many significant development projects throughout the Northeast, with a focus on residential development. Some of the projects Mr. Hunter has worked on include: 111 Leroy Street, a 10-Story, 13 condo unit with 5 townhouses; Queens Plaza South, a 45-story, 391 unit apartment complex in Long Island City, NY; predevelopment of Queens Plaza Park, a 67-story, 860 unit apartment complex also in Long Island City; VIA 57 West, a 38-story, 711 unit apartment complex on the Upper West Side of Manhattan; and 77 Hudson Street, two residential towers totaling 1,962 units in Jersey City, NJ, an Equity Residential/K. Hovnanian development. He also worked on the predevelopment of the Gowanas Canal area of Brooklyn, renovation of the St. Regis Hotel in Manhattan.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Hunter worked for New York City real estate developer Property Markets Group and construction firms Hunter Roberts, Granite Construction Northeast and Modern Continental Construction.

Michael Tate
Vice President, Tactical Pre-DevelopmentMichael Tate is Vice President, Tactical Pre-Development (TPD), for Rockefeller Group. TPD is a specialty of Rockefeller Group focusing on the early minimization of development project risks through guidance on: project feasibility, due diligence, cost and schedule projections, selection of project team members, subcontractor purchasing, and the establishment of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Mr. Tate supports Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Development. In addition to his TPD responsibilities, he has spent the past two years in a lead role bringing 600 Fifth Street in Washington, D.C., to the groundbreaking stage and was integral in securing the building’s anchor tenant.
Areas of responsibility under Mr. Tate’s direction include development of a project’s proforma and design brief, estimating and cost management, design documentation, and procurement processes for the design and contracting teams. He has also served in the Mid-Atlantic regional office in Washington, D.C., during which time he successfully closed out the construction contract for Boro Tower in Tysons, Va., and had been directing design and construction-supervision priorities for 1901 L Street.
Mr. Tate joined Rockefeller Group in 2011 in the New Jersey/PA regional office. As Assistant Project Manager, Design & Construction, he worked on the development of several prominent projects for the company including BASF’s 325,000 square foot North American headquarters in Florham Park, as well as Goya Food’s 635,000 square foot distribution center in Jersey City, N.J. Prior to his responsibilities in the Mid-Atlantic, he was part of the team that led the redevelopment of 1271 Avenue of the Americas.
He holds a master’s degree in real estate with a concentration in finance and investment from New York University. He also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in finance and business management from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa.
Phillip Golub
DirectorPhillip Golub is Director for the Northeast Development team at Rockefeller Group. In this capacity, Mr. Golub is responsible for performing underwriting, due diligence and project management on Northeast development projects. In addition, he provides support for the Northeast region on development analysis pertaining to existing deals including 200 East 83rd Street, Hoboken, Woodbury and Bay Shore.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Golub was an Analyst in the real estate investment group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York. In this role, he was responsible for providing various analyses for more than $62 billion in direct real estate and assisting with arranging debt financing. He also assisted in the asset management of $4.8 billion of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial and multi-family assets and mezzanine loans.
Mr. Golub holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) from University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, where he was class valedictorian.
Peter Kolinsky
DirectorPeter Kolinsky is a Director, Design and Construction for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Kolinsky works on all aspects of the design and construction process including consultant management, budgeting, and schedule development. He has played a crucial role in the development of the Rose Hill Condominium Project and is currently working on Rockefeller Group’s newest industrial developments on Long Island, N.Y. and supporting Mid-Atlantic Development on industrial and data center pursuits.
Mr. Kolinsky has over a decade of New York City design and construction experience with a focus on residential development. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Kolinsky worked with American Irish Contracting Corp., New York City real estate developer Property Markets Group, and Hunter Roberts Construction Group. Some of the projects Mr. Kolinsky has worked on include: the Viceroy NYC, a 29-story, 240 key luxury hotel, the VIA 57 West, a 38-story, 711 unit apartment complex, 1 QPS Tower, a 45 story, 391 unit apartment complex in Long Island City, and 111 Leroy Street, a 10-Story, 13 condo unit building with 5 adjacent townhomes in the West Village.

Jae Lee
Senior Project ManagerJae Lee is Senior Project Manager, Design and Construction, Northeast Development. In this role, Mr. Lee supports the Northeast development team on 16 Dupont Street, Rockefeller Group’s 40-story rental tower in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which includes approximately 381 residences, including 115 units of affordable housing as part of the Affordable New York Housing Program. In addition, he assists in the pre-development of future pursuits for the Northeast team.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lee spent five years at F&T Group, a boutique development firm specializing in mixed-use development projects in Queens, New York, where he was instrumental in due diligence, asset management, marketing and development of Flushing Commons, a 1.7-million square-foot mixed-use development project in Flushing, Queens. Flushing Commons is a joint venture of Rockefeller Group, F&T and AECOM Capital. In 2015, he joined AECOM Capital, the real estate investment division of AECOM, as Senior Project Manager on the design and construction team, which oversees and manages various aspects of development processes on projects throughout the country including Nashville and Miami.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Queens College and his master’s degree from Columbia University.
Eric Selbst
DirectorEric Selbst is Director, Northeast Development, for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Selbst has more than a decade of development experience in New York and Washington, D.C., including approximately two and a half million square feet of projects spanning commercial, academic, and residential properties. He is currently working on Rockefeller Group’s 16 Dupont Street project, a 40-story ground-up residential tower in the Greenpoint Landing neighborhood of Brooklyn. Mr. Selbst is also completing work on Rose Hill, an approximately 120-unit, 170,000-square-foot high-end condominium development in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. He has also worked on the company’s redevelopment of the East Plaza at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Selbst was the Assistant Director of Campus Planning at the George Washington University where he oversaw the long-term development of the university’s three campuses. His projects ranged from institutional to investment developments. He also oversaw the university’s historic preservation efforts and a streetscape plan to create a unified presence in an urban setting.
Mr. Selbst received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from George Washington University and is proud to have played a key role in the growth of his alma mater.
Andrew Maloney
Senior Project ManagerAndrew Maloney is Senior Project Manager, Design and Construction, Northeast Development. In this role, Mr. Maloney supports the Northeast development team on 16 Dupont Street, Rockefeller Group’s 40-story rental tower in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which includes approximately 381 residences, including 115 units of affordable housing as part of the Affordable New York Housing Program. Since joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Maloney worked on the renovation and redevelopment of 1271 Avenue of the Americas that was successfully completed in 2019 and on the redevelopment of Rockefeller Group’s East Plaza at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he was a Project Engineer at Thornton Tomasetti, a global structural engineering firm headquartered in New York City. In this position, Mr. Maloney served as a member of the design teams for multiple projects within New York City’s iconic Hudson Yards, including 10 Hudson Yards, a 52-story, 1.8-million-square foot office tower, 30 Hudson Yards, a 103-story, 2.6 million-square-foot office tower, and the Public Square and Gardens, a 5-acre public park built over an operating train yard. Following his time on the Hudson Yards development, Mr. Maloney also completed structural design on the Sunrise at E. 56th St., a 17-story, 130,000-square-foot senior living community.
Mr. Maloney earned his bachelor’s degrees in Physics from Bowdoin College and in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He earned his master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Maloney is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York.
Angie Cho
Senior AssociateAngie Cho is Senior Associate for Northeast Development. In this role, Ms. Cho works closely with the regional development team, overseeing the management of the development of various projects. She is responsible for the implementation and execution of regional development transactions and assist in the effort to identify, underwrite, conduct due diligence, and close development transactions for the team.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, she worked for Acadia Realty Investment Trust as a Development Associate. In this role, Ms. Cho managed the financial performance of 30+ commercial assets ranging from street level urban retail to suburban shopping centers throughout Acadia’s national portfolio. She has also worked for a family fund, where she led the underwriting, financing, and project management efforts on several value-add mixed-use and residential acquisitions throughout Westchester and northern New Jersey. She was previously with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as a Corporate Paralegal and Nomura Securities as a Global Markets Analyst.
Ms. Cho earned her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and her master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
James Levy
Senior AssociateJames Levy is Senior Associate, Northeast Development, for Rockefeller Group. In this capacity, Mr. Levy sources and analyzes potential new deals — managing the underwriting, due diligence, and investment committee processes –and participates in all phases and components of development from design and financing to dispositions. Currently he directs the day-to-day development activities for 16 Dupont, a 40-story residential tower in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Levy worked for Denver’s Nava Real Estate Development as Acquisitions & Development Associate where he authored and pitched a private placement memorandum seeking an equity investment in the company’s 275-unit, Class-A apartment development. He also worked on the award-winning Lakehouse Condominium, one of the first multifamily residential projects in the U.S. to achieve WELL Certification. Prior to joining Nava, he worked for law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as a legal assistant.

Dave Klebba
Managing DirectorDave Klebba is Managing Director, Rocky Mountain Development, at Rockefeller Group. Mr. Klebba leads all aspects of project development initiatives for the region including the company’s planned joint venture development of 1055 19th Street in downtown Denver – the 2.5-acre site of the former Greyhound bus terminal. In addition, he spearheads the recently announced development of 250-unit multifamily expansion at 1158 Delaware St. in Denver’s Golden Triangle Neighborhood.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Klebba was an Executive Vice President and Partner at Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners, a privately owned commercial real estate investment and development company based in Colorado. In this capacity, he successfully led the company’s development of industrial and multifamily projects.
From 2006-2018, Mr. Klebba was Vice President of Construction for Hines, responsible for the execution of the company’s developments in Colorado including residential land development and office project. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Klebba was Senior Project Manager at Panattoni in Seattle, Wash., and Denver-based Pinkard Construction in a similar role.

Drew Kraft
Vice PresidentDrew Kraft is Vice President, Design & Construction, for the Rocky Mountain region. In this position, Mr. Kraft works closely with the Rocky Mountain team on projects in the region including Paradigm River North, a state-of-the-art 200,000 square-foot office development; 1055 19th Street in downtown Denver, the 2.5-acre site of the former Greyhound bus terminal; and the 250-unit multifamily development at 1158 Delaware St. in Denver’s Golden Triangle Neighborhood. Mr. Kraft’s responsibilities include overseeing the design and construction for the region, from the inception of projects to the execution of construction activities in the field. This includes new business development, client relations, and management of multiple projects simultaneously.
Mr. Kraft has more than 25 years of experience leading design and construction projects in the Rocky Mountain region.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he worked for Development Advisors, LLC as Chief Development Officer, where he was the primary organizer and executor of project operations. He has also worked at NV5, Inc. as Project Director where he oversaw the development of multiple projects including a senior/assisting living facility, the renovation of existing multi-family projects, new office additions. Additionally, he worked at Miller Weingarten Realty, LLC as Construction Manager where he was responsible for the overall construction of a 62 acre, $70M mixed-use development in Aurora, CO; and for Pinkard Construction Co. as well as Bovis Lend Lease, Inc.
Mr. Kraft earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and his master’s degree of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Business. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council.

Ms. Joannides has more than twenty years of experience in project management, due diligence, financial analysis, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions of investment properties throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, she was founder and partner of Kalon Corporation, a Denver-based real estate solutions provider. While at Kalon, a company she founded in 2014, she provided project-based asset management services for clients including Hines, Amazon, CBRE and Alpine Investments Partners. Ms. Joannides has also worked for San Diego-based Cruzan Monroe, a southern California-based commercial real estate property company as well as Hines in San Diego as Director, where she was responsible for asset strategy for both companies. She began her career as Portfolio Manager for New York City’s Shorenstein Realty Services East, supporting the management team on MetLife’s Manhattan portfolio, which at the time included more than 3.2 million square feet of Class A office space.
Ms. Joannides earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. She is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in Colorado and is also a WELL Accredited Professional.
Matthew Bruns
Senior AssociateMatthew Bruns is Senior Associate for the Rocky Mountain Region. In this role, Matthew supports the development team on formulating asset strategies and evaluating projects from both financial and non-financial perspectives. This includes conducting due diligence on prospective projects throughout the growing region.
Matthew joined Rockefeller Group with more than six years of real estate experience, both on the development side and mortgage financing side. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Brookfield Properties in Washington, D.C. as Associate, Office Development, Asset Management and Leasing. At Brookfield, he oversaw more than 900,000 square feet of development projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, creating development strategies through market analysis. He also managed a 1.7 million-square-foot portfolio and coordinated more than $5MM of construction projects. Matthew has also worked for Rialto Mortgage Finance in New York City as a Senior Analyst for Fixed and Floating Rate Debt Financing. In this role, he underwrote more than $1 billon of permanent and floating rate loans across multiple asset classes including retail, multifamily, hotel and industrial.

Todd Parker
Managing DirectorTodd Parker is Managing Director of Development for Rockefeller Group’s Southeast Region. Mr. Parker’s responsibilities include leading the Atlanta-based industrial team in capitalizing on the exceptional growth of the region through the sourcing and development of strategic properties throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Parker spent over six years at Hillwood where he served as Executive Vice President and Market Leader for the Southeast Region. He significantly expanded the Southeast Region of the company and oversaw the acquisition and development of over 18 million square feet of industrial product. Previously, Mr. Parker was Vice President and Regional Director of the Southeast at the Rockefeller Group. Earlier in his career he had long stints at Oakmont Industrial Group and Duke Realty working in the financing, leasing, and development of industrial and office properties.

Tony Zang
Vice PresidentTony Zang is Vice President, Design & Construction, Southeast Development for Rockefeller Group and is responsible for overseeing the design and construction of Rockefeller Group’s development projects throughout the Southeast. Mr. Zang is an accomplished building and construction professional with more than 30 years of successful experience in leading the business development, pre-construction, and project management of numerous complex office, industrial, multifamily, higher ed and government projects. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Zang held officer and executive level positions for several national construction firms including Balfour Beatty, Alston Construction (formally Panattoni Construction), Duke Realty and Turner Construction.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
Alice Chang
DirectorAlice Chang is Director for Rockefeller Group’s Southeast Region. In this role, Ms. Chang identifies urban development opportunities, structures joint ventures with co-development and equity partners, and manages the development process. She also leads a fully integrated process of site selection, investment analysis, acquisition, zoning and entitlements, design, financing, construction, marketing, leasing, operations, and disposition.
Ms. Chang joined Rockefeller Group in 2018 from Emory Investment Management, where she managed the operations of its portfolio, including $1B in derivatives, and facilitated investment due diligence. Her previous experience includes Investor Relations at Passport Capital, Middle Office Operations at Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, and Treasury at Fortress Investment Group. Ms. Chang began her career at D.E. Shaw & Co. in Trade Accounting and Operations.
She holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a concentration in Real Estate, and a BBA in Finance from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
Owen Lipscomb
Senior Project ManagerOwen Lipscomb is Senior Project Manager for Rockefeller Group’s Southeast Region. In this position, Mr. Lipscomb is responsible for the on-going management of projects in pre-development, development and construction with an emphasis on the development of the project program; procurement; estimating and cost management; construction supervision and tenant relations, and project closeout. He currently works on both multi-family and industrial developments for the company.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Lipscomb worked for Carter & Associates, LLC, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development company with projects throughout the southeastern United States. While at Carter, he oversaw design and construction with Carter’s equity development and program management teams. He has also worked for Choate Construction Company where he contributed to the successful completion of $200 million in projects across a diverse portfolio of market sectors.
Mr. Lipscomb earned his bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from Auburn University and is a LEED Green Associate and a member of ULI.
Jeremy Mills
Senior Project ManagerJeremy Mills is Senior Project Manager, Design and Construction, Southeast Development, for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Mills is responsible for the ongoing management of projects in pre-development, development and construction including residential, office and industrial projects in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast region. He also works on the development of proformas and design documents; procurement; estimating and cost management; and overall construction supervision. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2022, Mr. Mills spent 12 years successfully executing a diverse portfolio of construction projects totaling over $800 million throughout the Southeast and Denver.
His previous experience includes working for The Related Group as a Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative in Georgia, responsible for the day-to-day management of all construction activities on more than 1,100 residential apartment units. He has also worked as a Project Manager for Batson-Cook Company on high-rise luxury apartments in Denver Colorado and Houston Texas. From 2011 to 2013, he worked for Holder Construction Company as a Project Engineer on various data center projects and from 2009 to 2011 worked for Gilbane Building Company in the same role.
Mr. Mills earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Construction Management from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, N.C. and is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Byrne Marston
Senior AssociateByrne Marston is Senior Associate for Southeast Development, based in Atlanta. Mr. Marston assists the Southeast team in conducting due diligence on new development opportunities, analyzing the return on investments of potential acquisitions of new properties throughout the Southeast Region. He also provides annual and long-range operating and capital expenditure budgets and determine the financial feasibility of proposed asset sales.
Mr. Marston came to Rockefeller Group from Domain Capital Group, LLC, an Atlanta-based institutional investment advisor, where he was a Real Estate Associate, underwriting new investments; preparing investment committee memorandums on potential new investments; and producing marketing materials on new investments for delivery to potential investors. Mr. Marston previously worked for the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps as an Analyst /Senior Associate where he provided clients with research and valuation analysis of their real estate assets.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
George Adams
Senior AssociateGeorge Adams is Senior Associate for Southeast Development. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Adams assists the Southeast team in conducting due diligence on new development opportunities, analyzing the return on investments of potential acquisitions of new properties throughout the Southeast Region. He also provides annual and long-range operating and capital expenditure budgets and determine the financial feasibility of proposed asset sales.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Adams was Vice President, Investments, for Vega Strategic, an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm. While with Vega, he was primarily responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate acquisition and development opportunities. He began his career with RCG Ventures, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management for a large national retail portfolio. He has also worked in acquisitions at Stockbridge Capital Group where he focused on acquisition and development transactions across all major property types.
Mr. Adams graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in finance and will earn his master’s degree in real estate development from Georgia Tech in December.
Southwest Development
Brandon Dillingham
Managing DirectorBrandon Dillingham is Managing Director, Southwest Development for Rockefeller Group. As Managing Director, Mr. Dillingham oversees the development process for the company’s projects in Greater Phoenix, including the two build-to-rent (BTR) communities, both branded Corsica Villas, in Phoenix; and Sol38, a 360-unit garden-style apartment community in Laveen, Ariz. Mr. Dillingham is also focused on expanding the company’s office, residential and industrial portfolio in the region.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Dillingham was a Managing Director and partner for Hines, overseeing new development, acquisition, and investment opportunities in Arizona and New Mexico. He has also been part of the development team for the Arizona office of Macerich, a premier retail REIT best known locally by its former subsidiary name Westcor, a best-in-class regional mall owner and developer in the Valley for over 40 years, up until its acquisition in 2002. Prior to his role with Macerich/Westcor, he served as a general manager and co-principal for a boutique mechanical contracting company.
Mr. Dillingham holds an MBA from Arizona State University and an BBA in Finance from James Madison University. He is past Chair of Valley Partnership and currently sits on the Board of Directors for both Valley Partnership and PHX East Valley Partnership. He is an active member of NAIOP and GPEC, and volunteers with St. Vincent De Paul, Boys Team Charity and in an affiliate capacity various community efforts sponsored by Brophy College Preparatory.
Mark Singerman
Vice President & Regional DirectorMark Singerman is Vice President, Regional Director, Southwest Development, for Rockefeller Group. He is responsible for the development process of the company’s projects throughout Arizona, including in-depth financial and market analyses and direction of consultants, such as architects, engineers, and leasing agents.
Before joining the company in 2008, Mr. Singerman was the Western Region President of Crosswinds National LLC in Phoenix, where he was instrumental in forming the western national division to develop commercial and mixed-use master-planned communities. His extensive real estate career began in 1975 in the midwest as a Retail Leasing Representative for Developers Diversified REIT in Cleveland, Ohio. Afterward, Mr. Singerman served 18 years in southern California with several large developers, including regional mall developer Ernest W. Hahn, Inc. and Trizec/Hahn. He directed the acquisition, development, and construction of numerous office, industrial, and retail-center buildings, as well as single- and multi-family residences.
In addition, he acquired and managed the entitlement and development of over 4,200 acres in California, Arizona, Texas, Michigan, and Florida for mixed-use master-planned communities with infrastructure to support 15,000 homes, plus parks, schools, amenity centers, and commercial spaces.
Mr. Singerman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with honors in Personnel Management, from Ohio University, and a Masters of Business Administration from California State University. He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute and several other national real estate organizations.
Cavanaugh Adams
DirectorCavanaugh Adams is Director, Southwest Development for Rockefeller Group. As Director, Mr. Adams is focused on establishing Rockefeller Group’s development presence in Dallas, as well as expanding the company’s expertise in industrial development in Texas. He also handles all facets of development including analyzing market conditions, underwriting new development opportunities, conducting due diligence, securing entitlements and managing projects through construction and marketing to disposition. Mr. Adams has more than eight years of development experience across multiple asset types and is well-versed in the Texas commercial real estate market.
He joined Rockefeller Group in 2024 from Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors where he was Director of Investments – Acquisitions and Development. While at Provident, he sourced, underwrote, and managed eight total acquisitions and ground-up developments representing an active pipeline of $550M+ across industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and built-to-rent asset types. He also led Provident in investment transactions including financial modeling, market research, investment memos, due diligence, deal structuring, capital markets, capital raising investor offering memorandums, and dispositions.
Prior to Provident, Mr. Adams was Senior Associate for private equity firm Pebb Capital Management in New York, where he sourced, underwrote, and analyzed new investment opportunities. He has also been a Real Estate Analyst for Alliance Residential Company, also in New York, and a Financial Analyst for Partners Lending Group based in Houston.
Mr. Adams earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University. He is active in NAIOP, serving on both the National Developing Leaders Forum and NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders.
Blake Denman
Senior Project ManagerBlake Denman is Senior Project Manager, Southwest Development for Rockefeller Group. In this position, Mr. Denman is responsible for the on-going management of projects in pre-development, development and construction with an emphasis on the development of the project program; procurement; estimating and cost management; construction supervision and tenant relations, and project closeout. He works on both multi-family and industrial developments for the company as the region continues to seek new opportunities for growth in the region.
Mr. Denman has more than 11 years of construction experience, having worked on office, multifamily and industrial projects throughout Texas as well as the Southeast.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he was Construction Manager for The Dinerstein Companies, a Houston-based property construction, development and management company. While at Dinerstein, he prepared and executed guaranteed maximum price contract exhibits, purchase and sale agreements and subcontracts for 3rd party consultants including architects, civil engineers and engineers. He also assisted in developing project budgets with preconstruction and predevelopments team. He has also worked as a Project Manager for JE Dunn Construction, where he led preconstruction, buyouts, and start-up phases of projects. He has also been a Project Engineer for Gilbane Building Company, one of the nation’s top builders and real estate developers.
Mr. Denman earned his bachelor’s degree in construction science and management from the University of Texas, San Antonio and his MBA from Sam Houston State University.
Timm Wooten
Development AssociateTimm Wooten is Development Associate, Southwest Development for Rockefeller Group. As Development Associate, Mr. Wooten supports the Senior Managing Director and regional team members on formulating asset strategies and evaluating projects from both financial and non-financial perspectives. This includes conducting due diligence on prospective projects throughout the new region, assisting in the review of leases, purchase and sale agreements, legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process. He also assists the region in executing the full life cycle of development projects, from the acquisition of land to the ultimate sale of the asset.
Mr. Wooten joined Rockefeller Group from Houston-based Midway, a real estate investment, development, and construction firm. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate, having performed site selection, underwriting analysis, and market research for more than two million square feet of commercial real estate assets including office, multifamily, retail, and hospitality for Midway. Also, while at Midway, Mr. Wooten assisted the company’s acquisition team in underwriting more than $100M in potential asset purchases.
Prior to joining Midway, he worked at CBRE Capital Markets in Houston as Senior Financial Analyst, Multifamily Investment Sales, where he underwrote more than $8.2 billion in BPO’s (Broker Pricing Opinion) for various multifamily properties. He has also worked for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage of Austin as a Real Estate Analyst, providing financial spreadsheets, loan narratives, and market reports to support mortgage bankers.
Mr. Wooten earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and his MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
Connor Lynch
Project ManagerConnor Lynch is Project Manager, Design and Construction, for Rockefeller Group’s Southwest region. As Project Manager, Mr. Lynch supports the Southwest team on all aspects of design and construction including procurement; estimating and cost management; and project closeout for the region’s multi-family and industrial projects. He has extensive experience in industrial development in the Dallas Fort Worth area and various Texas submarkets. He also has experience in heavy civil utility/roadwork/infrastructure improvements, mid-rise office & medical office buildings, tilt wall retail centers, grocery, heavy manufacturing, cold storage, and pre-engineered metal buildings with large-span structures.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Lynch was Construction & Development Industrial Project Manager for EQT Exeter, where he completed more than 4 million square feet of speculative industrial projects, leading entitlement and permitting processes. He has also worked for Hillwood Investment Properties as Preconstruction Manager, serving as the primary, internal preconstruction contact for the East Central Region (Memphis, Nashville, and Cincinnati) and was a Laborer and Estimator for Irving, Texas-based Ridgemont Construction.
Mr. Lynch earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
Katherine Jordan
Associate Project ManagerKatherine Jordan is Associate Project Manager for Rockefeller Group’s Southwest region. As Associate Project Manager, Ms. Jordan works on all aspects of design and construction including procurement; estimating and cost management; and project closeout for the region’s multifamily and industrial projects. Based in the Houston office, Ms. Jordan is a dedicated construction management professional with more than 10 years of experience overseeing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, she was Assistant Project Manager for Gilbane Building Company’s Houston office. While at Gilbane, Ms. Jordan was responsible for coordinating, scheduling, estimating, and supervising construction efforts for numerous commercial buildings including over $3 billion dollars worth of work in office, healthcare, and K-12 projects. She worked closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients on project coordination and supported the firm’s financial forecasting efforts.
Ms. Jordan has also worked as a Sales and Design Consultant for Aquascapes Pools, where she designed and sold custom swimming pools, spas and outdoor living structures for residential clients.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in construction management from The University of Houston.
West Development
J.P. Harlow
Managing DirectorJ.P. Harlow is Managing Director for the West Region. Based in Seattle, Wash., Mr. Harlow is responsible for expanding Rockefeller Group’s presence on the West Coast, specifically sourcing industrial, residential and office projects in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. He also coordinates and sources equity, debt, and secure venture partners for the new markets. Mr. Harlow was formally with Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”).
Mr. Harlow was previously Senior Vice President, Head of Washington for Lincoln Property Company, where he developed and led the company’s investment strategy for the region with a specific focus on large-scale, mixed-use JV developments, repositioning existing commercial assets, and growing the third-party property management platform. In his five years at LPC, he sourced, capitalized, and closed more than $1.5 billion in joint venture projects including 1.0 million square feet of core plus and value add office, 600,000 square feet of office development, and 600,000 square feet of life science development/conversion. He also grew the company’s property management platform to more than 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties.
Prior to joining LPC, Mr. Harlow worked for PNC Realty Investors in San Francisco, Calif. While at PNC, he led the company’s West Coast acquisitions effort, sourcing and closing multiple acquisitions including more than 3.4 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties and more than 1,000 units of multifamily development. In addition, Mr. Harlow also worked at Invesco covering acquisitions and development in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his master’s degree in real estate from New York University.
Marc Berg
Vice President & Regional DirectorMarc Berg is Vice President & Regional Director, West Development, for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Mr. Berg works closely with the Senior Managing Director on implementing the company’s West Region’s development strategy, including finding new land and joint venture opportunities to develop industrial real estate projects throughout Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. Mr. Berg also oversees market and financial analysis, land acquisition, entitlements, project management and marketing. During his tenure with Rockefeller Group, Mr. Berg has developed twenty industrial buildings totaling more than 4.7 Million square feet and reflecting $704.1 Million of total project costs.
Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Mr. Berg was Director of Development and Acquisitions for Thrifty Oil Co., where he was responsible for growing the investment portfolio by more than 1,459,000 SF by developing big-box industrial properties. He also helped Thrifty acquire more than 519,000 SF of investment properties and seven sites totaling more than 100 acres of land. Mr. Berg has also worked for The RSH Group, a commercial real estate consulting firm, as Senior Vice President, where he developed, marketed and implemented integrated consulting services for other real estate firms. Mr. Berg previously worked for Investment Building Group as Vice President, where he developed or entitled fifteen industrial buildings in the Inland Empire and Orange County, CA. He also worked with Mission Land, as Director, Property Development; and Cushman & Wakefield as a broker in the San Francisco and Ontario, CA offices.
Mr. Berg has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine, and attended the University College in Dublin, Ireland for a graduate study program in International Management.
Brett Anderson
Vice PresidentBrett Anderson is Vice President, Development, for Rockefeller Group’s West Region. In this position, Mr. Anderson manages the day-to-day project management on existing and proposed projects, coordinating with external consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure the on-time delivery of projects in development. Mr. Anderson is an experienced commercial real estate professional who has spent more than 30 years as a developer and asset manager for the industrial, office and hospitality sectors in Southern California and the Inland Empire.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he was Senior Development Manager for Newcastle Partners. While at Newcastle, Mr. Anderson oversaw the development of more than 1.3 million square feet of industrial warehouse space in the Inland Empire including overseeing the entitlements of Rockefeller Group’s Centerpointe Commerce Center in Moreno Valley, Harvill Logistics Center and Val Verde Logistics Center in Riverside County. Prior to Newcastle, he worked for Panattoni Development Company on warehouse projects in the Inland Empire and for Starwood Capital Group on the redevelopment of 1,290 aces at Meridian Business Park adjacent to March Air Force Reserve Base in Riverside.
Mr. Anderson earned his bachelor’s degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Southern California.
Michael Sajjadi
Vice PresidentMichael Sajjadi is Vice President of Design & Construction, West Development, for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Sajjadi is in charge of design and construction activities within the West Region including site acquisition, due diligence, conceptual estimating, scheduling, design management, governmental project approvals and construction oversight of all projects in the West Region. Mr. Sajjadi has completed over a dozen projects to date at Rockefeller Group totaling over 4.5 million square feet including major projects such as the 1.4 million square foot Optimus Logistics Center in Perris, California and the 1.5 million square foot General Mills Distribution Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sajjadi has held senior design and construction positions at Overton Moore Properties, Legacy Partners, Martin Potts & Associates, as well as, several other general contractors in the Southern California region.
Mr. Sajjadi holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah. Mr. Sajjadi is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Peter Becker
Assistant Vice PresidentPeter Becker is Assistant Vice President, Analysis, West Region for Rockefeller Group. In this role Mr. Becker is responsible for the financial analysis of all projects in the West Region, as well as, formulating asset strategies, overseeing due diligence, and guiding program/design development. Mr. Becker’s assignments include financial and program analysis for industrial, office, retail and multi-family projects in the West Region, overseeing project startups and financial performance, project financial reporting and regional budgeting. Mr. Becker holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College. Mr. Becker is licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut.
Mark Hilton Carpenter, Jr.
DirectorMark Hilton Carpenter is Director, Development, West Region for Rockefeller Group, focused on all facets of development to help implement the projects in Rockefeller Group’s West Region. Mr. Carpenter is involved with analyzing market conditions, underwriting new development opportunities, conducting due diligence, securing entitlements and managing projects through construction and marketing to disposition.
Throughout his career, Mr. Carpenter has held development, acquisition and project management positions at The Related Group and Beach City Capital. Mr. Carpenter holds a MPS from the Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University with a concentration in International Real Estate & Investment and a Bachelors of Science, with Honors, in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University, with a Minor in Business Administration. Mr. Carpenter also attended the University of Oxford in Oxford, UK for studies in International Law. Mr. Carpenter is a LEED Green Associate and Level I Associate Contractor. Mr. Carpenter is actively involved in NAIOP and ULI.
James Wall
DirectorJames Wall is Director, West Region for Rockefeller Group. In this role Mr. Wall is responsible for formulating and implementing the financial analyses of projects and of proposed asset sales, gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data in addition to assisting in the due diligence and entitlement processes.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Wall was with JLL Capital Markets focusing on underwriting commercial real estate dispositions as well as preparing investment advisory packages including valuations, market research, and disposition strategies.
Mr. Wall holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. In addition, Mr. Wall serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Block Foundation Fund and is an active member of NAIOP.
Justin Kirk
Senior Project ManagerJustin Kirk is Senior Project Manager, Design and Construction, for Rockefeller Group’s West Region. Based in the company’s Seattle office, Mr. Kirk is responsible for supporting the West team with the ongoing management of projects in pre-development, development and construction throughout the Western United States including existing industrial projects in Arizona, the Inland Empire and Las Vegas and future projects in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. He also works on the development of proformas, design documents, procurement, estimating, cost management, and construction supervision for the West Region.
Mr. Kirk is an experienced commercial real estate professional in the Pacific Northwest with more than a decade of construction project management experience including a successful six-year track record in industrial development.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, he oversaw industrial projects for Prologis. While at Prologis, Mr. Kirk was responsible for developments from the start of due diligence prior to land purchase through to construction completion and lease up, including first generation tenant improvements. He also managed a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in capitalized value and $750 million in development costs. Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Kirk worked for Woodinville, Wash.- based Sierra Construction, where he constructed the company’s first Amazon Fulfillment Center as well as a logistics park in Des Moines, Wash. which included more than 1.5 million square feet of distribution space. He has also been a Project Engineer on several big box retail and auto dealership projects.

Ryan Perez
Senior Project ManagerRyan Perez is Senior Project Manager, Design and Construction, West Development for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Perez is responsible for the on-going management of projects in pre-development, development and construction including the company’s industrial projects in California, Nevada and Arizona. He also assists the regional team on cost estimating for new projects and helping create proformas. Since 2002, Mr. Perez has managed construction projects throughout California.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Perez was most recently Construction Project Manager for Duke Realty, functioning as a single point of responsibility with internal and external clients on Duke projects in the region, including the development of more than 800,000 square feet of industrial in the region. He has also been Construction Manager for development service provider SCG West, civil engineering firm Tait & Associates, construction management firm Dasher & Tabata, and general contractors Deacon Construction and KDC Construction. He began his career as Vice President/Project Manager for EP Business Development Corporate in Anaheim Hills, Calif. EP Business Development provided project management, governmental relations, community relations, land use planning, zoning, land development, building, and real estate development consulting to Southern California.
Mr. Perez earned his bachelor’s degree from ITT Technical Institute in Orange, Calif.
Noah Goldstein
Development AssociateNoah Goldstein is Development Associate, West Region for Rockefeller Group. In this role, he evaluates the financial feasibility of industrial development projects and assisting in the formulation of market and asset strategies, both for projects under development and for new investment opportunities in areas such as Southern California, Northern California, Arizona and Las Vegas. He was integral in securing Rockefeller Group’s first industrial development in Arizona in more than five years, Surprise Pointe Commerce Center. Mr. Goldstein joined Rockefeller Group as a Financial Analyst in 2022.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Goldstein worked for Mark IV Capital, Inc., a Newport Beach-based real estate firm. While at Mark IV, he worked as an analyst, underwriting property acquisitions, developed acquisition and development models to capture valuations; and drafting lease agreements.
Mr. Goldstein earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
