FLORHAM PARK, NJ – April 27, 2016 – The Rockefeller Group, a leading global real estate owner, developer and investment manager, today announced that it will develop a 130,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility at the Green at Florham Park, a 268-acre, master-planned development that is home to the New York Jets and BASF’s North American Headquarters. The Rockefeller Group expects to break ground in summer 2016 on the facility that it is developing on behalf of a partnership between Summit Medical Group and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, which recently signed a long-term lease at the property.
