AIG to Relocate NYC Headquarters to Midtown From Downtown

American International Group will move its headquarters to midtown Manhattan from downtown in the latest reshaping of New York City’s financial district.  The company, which is reworking its real estate strategy, will occupy eight floors at 1271 Avenue of the Americas.
