Rockefeller Group Logistics Park in Bay Shore is one of the premier distribution facilities on the South Shore.
Construction of 55 Paradise Lane was completed in March 2023.

Rockefeller Group Logistics Park is located in Bay Shore, Long Island. The park consists of a 10.75-acre parcel at 55 Paradise Lane that Rockefeller Group purchased in 2020 along with 145 and 158 Candlewood Road.
145 and 158 Candlewood Road include two existing buildings adjacent to 55 Paradise Lane and total 437,998 square feet. They are fully leased to Duro Dyne Corporation, a leading manufacturer of sheet metal accessories and equipment for the HVAC industry; Lindenmeyr Munroe, the leading independent paper, packaging, wide format, and facility solutions provider; and to a costume designer & manufacturer.
