About the development

Rockefeller Group has completed a new 172,622-square-foot, Class-A distribution building at 55 Paradise Lane in Bay Shore, Long Island. Recognizing the importance of Long Island as a key industrial market, this project provides much-needed quality distribution space to support the region’s evolving logistics landscape and increasing demand for last-mile facilities. Together with two adjacent buildings on the site, Rockefeller Group Logistics Park in Bay Shore is one of the premier industrial developments on Long Island’s South Shore.

About Rockefeller Group Logistics Park

Located on a 10.75-acre parcel in Bay Shore, the park consists of 55 Paradise Lane and two adjacent buildings at 145 and 158 Candlewood Road. Rockefeller Group acquired the site in 2020, and the new facility at 55 Paradise Lane was completed in March 2023. 

The adjacent buildings at 145 and 158 Candlewood Road total 437,998 square feet and are fully leased to: 

  • Duro Dyne Corporation, a leading manufacturer of sheet metal accessories and equipment for the HVAC industry. 
  • Lindenmeyr Munroe, the largest independent provider of paper, packaging, wide format, and facility solutions in the U.S. 
  • A prominent costume designer and manufacturer.
