The Baltimore-Washington Corridor is one of the East Coast’s top markets with consistently low vacancy rates and limited land. The project is 1.7 miles north of I-295, three miles to BWI Airport and just 12 miles to the Port of Baltimore – among the top 5 largest ports on the East Coast. The site is also within a 100-mile radius of 13.5 million customers, and a 200-mile radius of 43.2 million customers, including affluent residents of counties with some of the highest average median incomes in the U.S.
Best-in-Class Design
“Rockefeller Group continues to expand its industrial portfolio and BWI was the next logical location, considering the strong long-term real estate fundamentals along the Baltimore-Washington corridor. In a supply constrained core market, our project delivers a best-in-class basis of design that meets the requirements of new and existing tenants across a variety of industries that value a presence in the region.” – Orlando Gutierrez, Director for Rockefeller Group’s Mid-Atlantic Region
