About the development
Pine at Wildroot, a 203-unit Class-A multi-family apartment community, has been developed by Rockefeller Group on 9.2 acres in Missoula, Montana, in partnership with Pando Holdings. Located at 5001 Hillview Way in South Missoula, Pine at Wildroot provides convenient access to Missoula’s downtown core, the Clark Fork River, and the nearby Missoula trail system.

The community features five Class-A, three-story residential buildings designed for modern living. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grills, a pet wash, coworking spaces, community gathering areas, and a park that connects with the local trail network.
Construction began in March 2022, and the first building, which includes the pool and clubhouse, is now complete and welcoming residents. The project team includes Cushing Terrell as the architect and Missoula-based Quality Construction as the general contractor.
