About the development
Rockefeller Group recently completed Patterson Commerce Center, a 259,951-square-foot distribution center, on 14 acres in Perris, CA. The project is located adjacent to Optimus Logistics Center, a 1.4 million square foot, two-building logistics center the company completed and sold in 2018.
Patterson Commerce Center is located on Patterson Avenue and Washington Street in Perris, with frontage on and just off the I-215 Freeway, with access to I-10, I-15 and Route 60. The project is also strategically located near the Ontario International Airport with easy access to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach and within eight hours of customers in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Rockefeller Group worked closely with the City of Perris on securing entitlements, which were completed in July 2023. Construction was completed in September 2024. The building features 36’ clear height, 56’ x 60’ column spacing, 145 auto spaces and a 185’ – 240’ truck court containing 59 trailer stalls.
Joe McKay, Michael McKay, and Michael Fine of Lee & Associates represented Rockefeller Group on the purchase of the land and are overseeing leasing of the project. The building was designed by HPA Architects, engineered by Huitt-Zollars and the general contractor was RM Dalton.
