Paradigm River North is an eight-story office development located at 3400 Walnut Street in Denver’s River North Art District (RiNo). Co-developed by Rockefeller Group and Jordon Perlmutter & Co., the building offers approximately 188,000 square feet of Class AA office space and 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Designed by Denver-based Tryba Architects, the structure features a brick façade with expansive factory-style windows, reflecting the area’s industrial heritage. Each floor includes open-air balconies, providing tenants with outdoor spaces and panoramic views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

The building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency. In June 2022, Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, a prominent Denver law firm, announced plans to occupy the top three floors, totaling 80,000 square feet. Construction commenced in April 2022 and was completed in May 2024.
Situated in the heart of RiNo, the development benefits from proximity to a variety of amenities, including restaurants, breweries, galleries, and shops. Its location, two blocks from Blake Station and a short drive to I-70, ensures excellent accessibility for tenants and visitors alike.
