Rockefeller Group, in partnership with Liv Communities, developed Sol38, a 360-unit, garden-style apartment community in Laveen, Arizona. Located near Dobbins Road and 39th Avenue, Sol38 is set against the backdrop of South Mountain and spans 21 acres. This thoughtfully designed residential community offers modern living with convenient access to local parks, recreation, and major transportation hubs.
The development includes 21 residential buildings, five garage buildings, and a centrally located resident hub with a leasing office, fitness center, and game room. Sol38 also features outdoor amenities such as a bark park, volleyball court, and sport court. Designed with sustainability and convenience in mind, the community offers smart home technology, EV charging stations, and valet trash service.
