This marks the company’s first project in the rapidly growing Greenville/Spartanburg metro area, a key hub for e-commerce along the I-85 corridor.

Development Team
Duncan Logistics Center is being developed with the expertise of Campbell Lewis, SIOR, and Nick Hollstegge of CBRE, who are serving as the exclusive leasing agents. Harper General Contractors, in collaboration with MCA Architects, is leading the design-build process, with civil engineering provided by SeamonWhiteside.
