About the development

Rockefeller Group has purchased a former Walmart Supercenter site for the development of two speculative industrial buildings totaling 369,198 square feet. The company will develop Craig Road Logistics Center on a 19-acre site located at the intersection of Craig Road and North Nellis Boulevard in the Clark County area of North Las Vegas.  

Las Vegas remains one of the fastest growing industrial markets in the country, with net absorption of approximately 3.1 million square feet and vacancy at approximately 1.6% as of the end of Q2 2023.

The site is located less than three miles from the company’s other two industrial projects, within a one-day drive to ten major U.S. cities and Mexico and is in close proximity to the I-15 Freeway, Harry Reid International Airport (including FedEx and UPS hubs) and the Las Vegas Intermodal Yard (including BNSF and Union Pacific hubs).

Craig Road Logistics Center will include two buildings, a 227,660 square foot building with 36’ clear height, and a 141,538 square foot building with 32’ clear height. The larger building will include 176 auto-parking stalls, and 29 dock doors.   The smaller building will include 219 auto-parking stalls, and 18 dock doors. Both buildings will contain numerous other state-of-the-art features to make this project a Class A facility.

Jason Simon and Rob Lujan of JLL’s Las Vegas office are the listing brokers for the project. Lee & Sakahara Architects will design the project and TWC Construction will be the general contractor.  Rockefeller Group’s civil engineer is Taney Engineering.
