About the development
Patten Gray is a multi-family residential tower in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood, situated at 1158 Delaware Street. The project is a joint venture with Summit Capital Venture Group and Rockefeller Group and is slated for completion in early 2024. Once completed, the tower will consist of 250 residential units and 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
